Holy Trinity Primary School
Situated in the heart of West End Village, this two form entry school has a thriving sporting culture where we run PPA cover and after school clubs. This is also our base for our holiday football camps
Springwell Junior School
One of the biggest Junior Schools in Hounslow where we run lunchtime sports sessions, PPA cover and run after school clubs. This is also one of the venues where we run holiday football camps

Sample Session - Dribbling
Session 1
All players remain in the square whilst responding to coaches calls of "faster" "turn" "stop"
Take opportunity to demo turns
Key Points
Use little toe and big toe
Change direction and speed
Head up
Progress to "king of the ring", on coaches call players kick everyone else's ball out of the square and keep theirs, the winner is last player in the square


Session 2
Two players 5 yds apart, 1 leads the other follows. The follower has to mimic the leader. Chance to use skills from previous session
Progression1
Leader has to touch their ball on one of the corners before opposition
Progression 2
Both players must stay outside the square, leader tries to catch follower, add cones as obstacles
Coach rotates opposition
Session 3
Red team must keep their ball in the square whilst yellow team enter the square 1 at a time and try to kick them out limited by time
When the time is up, all the red players start in the square and a new defender comes in, when all the red players have had a go then rotate the teams
Adjust the size of the square, number of defenders and time allowed


Session 4
All players are numbered, try to match numbers by ability. Coach calls a number and those numbers enter the field and play. No one can handle the ball
Combine numbers for 2v2, 3v3 etc
Use breaks to discuss opportunities to use previous skills
